Services

Alic Accounting provides bookkeeping, payroll administration, and related financial reporting services as described in your engagement letter. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Fees

Fees are billed monthly in advance at the rate agreed in your engagement letter. Catch-up projects are billed as flat fees, half at start and half on delivery.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete records, respond to our questions in a timely manner, and review the financial statements we deliver.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. We will deliver a complete copy of your books at termination.
